is the principal medical physiologist
and director of Oesophageal Diagnostic Services.

He has performed oesophageal function studies on a full-time basis since 1979 and has a personal experience of over 10,000 patient cases. Trained in the
UK, he has been in practice in Australia since 1994 and is one of the world’s most experienced gut physiologists. Ian is responsible for the technical interpretation of clinical data and management of quality control.


^ John P. Caska (MB.BS Sydney) is the clinical head of Oesophageal Diagnostic Services, a director of Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and practitioner with an interest in chest pain and upper gut disease.

John provides the clinical interpretation of study material and, if required, direct liaison with medical colleagues on matters of patient management.

^ Debbie Meadows, Registered Nurse, is responsible for pH monitoring at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and coordinates any associated cardiac monitoring.

^ Alison Adams (B.Bus), Practice Manager, provides marketing and administration services to the practice.

^ Adrian Voormeulen (J.P.), Personal Assistant to John Caska, providing administration services to the Central Coast practice.


^ Paul R. Campbell (B.Comm, LLB, CPA) is the Company Secretary, managing the practice accounts, business and legal matters.

All technicians are trained by Ian Adams in accordance with the British Gastroenterological Society and British National Health Service Training Schedule.
